Manob Jibon (মানব জীবন)

Padakshep extends their activities to the ailing people of the state, particularly rural people, who cannot effort modern medical treatment facilities, through their Manob Jibon project. So far Padakshep has successfully organized different programs under the Manob Jibon Project Which are listed below.

May 2021 – Based on the request, cash help to Prameya Foundation, Aathena Educational Welfare & Trust & Bharat Sevashram Shangha (in their temporary Corona relief centre)

June 2021 – During the natural calamity caused by Cyclone Yaas Padakshep provided cash help to Rangmashal another non-profit organization to purchase required items at storm effected places of Sunderban, West Bengal.

15/12/2021 – 40 blankets distributed amongst economically backward people at Santoshour, Kolkata.

13/03/2022 –EK PYASER Pathsala” of Burdwan gifting educational items.

10/04/2022 – Blood donation camp organised in association with Bangur Government Hospital at Santoshpur. 50 donors voluntarily came up and donated blood.

10/07/2022 – Help Ashramik (Residential) students detached from family, who cannot provide expenses for their children’s education in Sreerampur Hooghly. Padakshep offered one month’s ration to all 28 Ashramik (from class – I to college students) and gifted them exercise books, pens, pencils, geometry boxes, etc.

18/09/2022 – Distributed new clothing at Maa Kali Briddhashram, Panchasyar, an old age Home near Panchasayar, Santoshpur to all ailing inmates. Winter care skin ointments are arranged with a lunch session with all members.

15/11/2022 – Suryanagar Ananadaman Ashram, Khiristala, Kakdwip, a portion of the roof of the Ashram was rebuilt by the financial assistance of Padakshep, so the students residing could get shelter in the rainy season.

11/03/2023 – Paschim Gabtala , 24 parganas. A free medical & eye camp was organized in association with Fortis Hospital & Houghton Quaker at the request of Amra Kajan Bhai Bhai Paschim Gabtala. 72 patients in that village had a health and eye check-up done by the Fortis Medical team. Necessary medicine was distributed by Padakshep free of cost. 53 nos. patients required spectacles for proper vision. Padakshep distributed all 53 specs free of cost to the villagers based on individual vision power as recommended by the doctors.
