Sampoorna (সম্পূর্ণা)
Sampoorna Project is a free-of-cost skill development training program for underprivileged Women, an attempt by Padakshep to create a self-help group so they can run their livelihood by utilizing their own skills. Padakshep female members and professionals are running this program three days a week by using the club room provided free of cost by a local club Netaji Sangha. Raw materials required for the training programs are given by Padakshep. Sampoorna Project started in the form of a donation for a stitching machine to the lady entrepreneurs of *Innovative Artisans Welfare Trust* to support their vision to make women of their locality self-dependent.
